-bake- 

-yam @ 450 degrees until able to poke through easily

-sautée-

(in large pot)

-1/2 onion 

-1 cup of carrots

-1 cup of kale or spinach

-turmeric

-vindaloo curry powder

-cayenne

-cumin 

-salt

-pour 1 can of coconut milk into pot

-2 cups of vegetable broth

-add diced baked yam

-boil till all flavors harmonize

aloo gobi vindaloo 

-bake- 

-1 yam

-1 head of cauliflower

@ 450 degrees until able to poke through easily

-sautée-      *in large pot or deep pan*

-3/4 yellow onion 

-1/2 cup cilantro 

-5-6 chopped okra 

-1 tbsp turmeric

-1 lime juiced

-3 tbsp vindaloo curry powder

-cayenne to taste

-2 tbsp whole cumin seeds 

-salt to taste

-pour 1 can of coconut milk into pot

-add diced baked yam and cauliflower 

-let simmer till all flavors harmonize
