Meditation VESSEL - London, England

A private group activation exploring the body of the mind, space, and senses through meditation and time capsule letter writing.

Join for an evening of community gathering located in Shoreditch, London to recenter in candlelit meditation followed by a letter writing workshop to send to your future self. The aim of the evening is to evoke a sense of connection to your vessel, your home, your body while holding space as a collective with the same compassion and care.

Light bites and tea will be provided.

There is no specific dress code however comfortable clothes are encouraged.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please be mindful doors open at 7pm GMT and doors will be closed and locked for the privacy of the meditation at 7:15pm . Please be considerate of time of arrival.
